We loved the location of the hotel, just next to the old street and a soothing river. It was very easy to find food and there were many restaurant options nearby. The hotel was also very clean and had great facilities, including a private hot spring bath in our room. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

For us, it was ideal and we didn't experience any negative aspects.

The hotel is located conveniently near the bus stop and old street, and close to nature. the room is spacious and tastefully decorated with fragrant wood, equipped with a hot spring bath and flat-screen TV. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the basic breakfast and Taiwanese dinner were satisfactory. the public hot spring area is spacious and not crowded, allowing for a relaxing soak.

There was an issue with regulating the temperature of the room, making it quite chilly during a stay in February.

Enjoyed the complimentary sauna/steam facilities and the comfortable beds! the location was perfect - close to the bus stop and main street, which made it easy to explore. the view from the room was stunning, making our romantic escape even more memorable.

The food options were limited, and the staff seemed to struggle with catering to international guests. the room was extremely cold, and the heating system was not functioning correctly.

Had a great new year stay in this hotel! The in-room hot tub was amazing and really made the experience special. Plus, the location was perfect as it was right at the beginning of the main street filled with lots of great eateries and shops. We also enjoyed the view of the river from the hotel's seating area.

The room we were in required climbing a lot of stairs, so it might not be suitable for everyone. , the bathroom didn't have great privacy and could have been cleaner.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of Wulai, and close to all the attractions on the old street. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room I stayed in had a private hot spring tub, which was a wonderful treat. I also enjoyed the view from the room, it was breathtaking.

All in all, everything was fine with my stay.
